9. Data Security
We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal data from unauthorised access, loss, misuse, or alteration.
To protect online bookings from automated abuse, the final "Confirm Booking" step uses Cloudflare Turnstile, a security check provided by Cloudflare. To tell people apart from automated programs, Turnstile processes technical information about your browser, device and connection, including your IP address.
When a booking is confirmed, we store a coded fingerprint of your connection (not your IP address itself) and the country of the connection, so that repeated bookings can be spotted. If a new booking shares its email address or connection with another recent booking, our team receives an internal email, including the IP address, so that a person can check that both bookings are genuine. No booking is refused because of this check. We do this based on our legitimate interest in keeping our booking system secure.
10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our services, website functionality, or legal requirements. The latest version will always be available on this page.
