When you arrive at Chania International Airport (CHQ), a member of our team will be waiting for you in the arrivals area, holding a Prime Rent a Car sign. From there, we will guide you to the airport parking area where your reserved car will be ready. We will inspect the vehicle together, complete the rental details, and then you can make the payment before driving away.

Standard hours run from 08:00 to 22:00. If your pickup or dropoff falls outside standard hours, an after-hours fee is added and shown in your quote before you confirm. Contact the team if your flight arrives late so they can confirm the arrangement.

Payment is made upon delivery of the car, by cash or debit card. No online payment or prepayment is required.
